Processing steps

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a digital print proof via email within 6 business hours. One of us will be handling your order as well as communicating and updating you every step of the way. We will also inform you if your artwork does not meet the resolution requirement for print. Your artwork print proof is scaled down in size while the proportions are intact. It is very important that you respond to our email about your print proof. Respond to the email with your approval or disapproval. If there are no changes that need to be made, we can begin printing your order right away! Print production time is 1-5 business days depending on the size and quantity of your order. Shipping time is in addition to production time and takes 1-5 days in the US and 3-21 days internationally. We use UPS for most orders in the US and DHL for international orders. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so if you have a PO Box as your shipping address, we will ship your order via USPS.
